Commonwealth v. Ahmed, CP-09-CR-0003849-2025. The defendant, a licensed psychologist, provided psychological services to children through a number of healthcare providers, who, in turn, billed Pennsylvania Medicaid. However, he overbilled and billed for services not provided. Ms. Lefeber was able to demonstrate his positive work, significant family commitments and good character, resulting in the dismissal of most of the charges and a sentence of PROBATION.
