Commonwealth v. Lee, CP-46-CR-4091-2025 . The defendant who was a day-trader engaged in a scheme wherein he processed fraudulent claims for warranty replacements of hard drives and subsequently sold them to a third party for profit. Due to the amount of merchandise involved, which was in excess of $200,000, the defendant was facing felony charges and imprisonment. However, as a result of Ms. Lefeber’s advocacy, all felony charges were dropped, the defendant pled to a misdemeanor and was sentenced to PROBATION.
